In contrast to the gym where you were previously working, in the game Gym Manager, you get to manage, construct, and grow your own gym. You chose to get revenge on the gym owner after he fired you, using all of your savings to start a new facility and force your ex-boss into bankruptcy. The primary objective of the game is to construct, maintain, and grow your gym. You can sell supplements, purchase new equipment, and update old ones. Additionally, you can enlarge your gym by tearing down walls, purchasing new furnishings, and adding amenities like a solarium, sauna, massage parlor, and locker room. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

In the interim, you have to maintain the cleanliness of your gym, watch out for possible threats, and oversee your membership. Apart from running your gym, you can do other things in the town, like partying, flirting with girls, buying cheaper equipment at a secondhand store, running a shadowy backstreet business with a dubious guy, lockpicking, and stealing from the town while evading the police.
