Your lungs sear from hellfire, death is lurking around every corner, and everything appears to be taken straight out of a cutesy mobile game. Hell is where you are. The game has amazing graphics. They’re the difficult kind to explain, but I believe the best way to think about the game is as a cell-shaded style with a strong focus on red. Since the game is set in hell, I think red is cool. It has a really interesting visual aesthetic, and I really appreciate how the girls have a very naughty appearance without resorting to explicit language, unlike many other games. Helltaker is an extremely entertaining game to play. You have a set amount of moves in each level of this top-down puzzle game. Getting your demon girl is the aim of each level, but along the way, you’ll need to move blocks, get objects, and steer clear of deadly traps. Because some levels only allow you the bare minimum of movements to pass, the game forces you to really consider every move before you begin.
